Upstream Training Trust Offers R120,000 Bursaries for STEM Students in 2025 – Huge Cash Bonus for Top Achievers

The Upstream Training Trust helps people get jobs in oil and gas. It works with the Petroleum Agency of South Africa to train new workers. The trust focuses on teaching skills to people who did not have many chances before. They spend money to help students learn about the energy industry. Their main goal is to create new job opportunities for people from disadvantaged communities. The trust makes sure that more South Africans can work in oil and gas companies. They offer training programs that help people start careers in this field. The organization does not make profit from its work. Instead it puts all money back into training programs. This helps build a stronger workforce for South Africa’s energy sector.
